No mayonnaise on the side when I asked for it and they gave me one packet on dressing for a large order of salad. Didn't realize all this until delivery guy left, which I tipped $5. When I called to complain and to speak to a manager I got hung up on. I called back and kept getting hung up on. I then got told I was harassing and if I didn't like the service to not come back. I was not rude whatsoever. I asked to speak to a manager calmly again and the guy started screaming at me and hung up again. I know that his name is Will. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I work in retail! I used to eat there all the time and loved it and now I will no longer be taking my services to ANY Hungry Howie's.February 03, 2017
