  The customer service is awful when I asked if my coffee was a large she got upset and said " what else would it be that is what you asked for right"?, maybe its just me but in my opinion I think that is really rude and it made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking. I love going into to dunkin doughnuts and getting my work done but if this is how it is gonna be I am not sure if I am ever gonna come back.

  Good luck getting any kind of sandwich toasted they actually give you English muffins not toasted and it's disgusting. I thought it was a mistake but they do it over and over unless you say toast it so it's edible. The wait is always super long and they girl at the drive through window always acts like it's a pain to have to hand you your order. I ordered an expensive coffee today and it's not even what I ordered and I waited in line 20 minutes and at the window an additional 5 for one coffee. I'm over this place and I was a regular. It's back to Starbucks I go. At least they give you what you order
